Okay

Although this is okay for begginers, the characters they make will never come to life. Different mouths and combinations of those mouths make people pop out and with added hand gestures there is even more to keep your attention. Overall this would work for a short animation, but for those big projects you need to go back to the old ways to get something good.

Thanks for the review. You are completely right, to get characters to live you need to change the movements and the mouth to. It was just a little tutorial for the beginners like me who want to focus more on the animation of the movements rather then the lip sync.

This has inspired me to start my game that I have been planing to work on all day. I am procrastinating due to the fact that I know no code and will be drawing alot! Well it looks like fun, just as much fun as this game. Great Idea and concept. Hope you get those awards working soon. Keep Programing/Animating!

I love these Kinds of games becuase I can solve the harder ones differently then you did. Such as the very last one were I used more timeing then anything else. Fun game a full 5!

Amazing

I am truly in awe at how great this game is. The fact it is taking me away from one of my animations (which I hate not doing) shows how good this is. It does have a strong Castle Crashers feel and is a great tribute. The jumping was half nascence half kick-ass, but the space button did not fit the control scheme for me so it was rejected from my play. The verity of characters was nice, but their ability to spam you with attacks was annoying and was a main reason I needed 5 potions for many of the levels. The bosses were challenging, but I feel you could have made two new ones for the 2nd to last bosses (the double super soldiers). In their place I would have put twins, one green and one blue, Green would have double Flails( maces attached to a handle with a chain) and blue with a giant sword (also known as a bastard sword). Only one other thing bothered me with the bosses, which was the absence of pauses (accept for the swamp monster). In Castle Crasher many bosses give you a chance to hit them; an example would be the Ice King, who laughs every now and again. Finally the music was great and fit well; you did an awesome job making it. For a free game this was amazing and I hope you continue to make great games that everyone can enjoy. Keep doing what you do best and give yourself a pat on the back.

p.s. it is awesome to how you answer everyone's reviews, it is something I always like to see here at NG.

It's sad the spacebar felt awkward for you, because I think jumping would have helped you a lot so that you wouldn't have needed 5 potions for a lot of the levels, but still, it's neat that you managed without it. I've played this on a laptop recently and realised that the spacebar is seriously awkward on a laptop, cuz it's smaller and a bit more to the right... maybe you played on one? I'm not sure which button would be better than the spacebar...

I would have loved to put more different kinds of enemies and bosses into the game, but the ugly truth is that I just did not have the time for it. This game took way more work and time than I initially thought, and it ended up with a lot more variety than I planned :)

too easy

Like the many other games on the portal this just has a small twist to it and that is you cant see that faw from the mouse. Also try to recode it so when poeple press the right click it goes to the menu, becuase you can cheat at it if you don't (try it your self and you will see). Anyways a nice game for a first so I hope you keep making games so we can see your true gaming skills come out.

i know you can. i made it so when you right click you cant see where your going, so its hard to get onto a safe bit.

Game is to easy

good grafics, ok story line, But i have to say the game was too easy. all monsters have a patern and once you solve it the game slopes down in to easy town. The last boss was way to easy. All that you needed to do is go left till you found thy pillar of doom and just keep blokeing till it kills him and since he kills the skullies no need to worrie about them. next time plz try and make attack patterns more unprdictible. Though its a good game all and all, just...no challange.
