:) you remind me a bit of myself at your age! I really wanted to learn flash and animate too but everything was too expensive so I got a job when I was 15 and saved up and bought it at a discount student website for only 150 dollars. I also got a high quality tablet for less then 100 dollars. Work hard, save up, and practice and I'm sure you'll go places. Good luck :D
